Claus is the CEO at Dymak A/S. He holds an MBA in Business Performance Management and an HD in Foreign Trade.
Claus is co-founder of Dymak A/S and has been involved in the development of the company since its establishment in 1997.
His main responsibility today is to manage the transition of Dymak into a global leader in Upgrades for Flowers & Plants.
As Commercial Director Kristian is responsible for the sales strategy- and initiatives in Dymak Group.
Kristian has 15 years of experience in the upgrades and flower industry and is passionate about building successful relations- and partnerships in the industry. Kristian holds a HD in International management and strategy from the University of Southern Denmark.
As the Marketing Director, Irina is responsible for understanding existing and potential customers’ needs and exploring the dynamics of buying groups. She is involved in all aspects of the business, helping drive growth for Dymak and its customers, worldwide.
When not on the job, Irina enjoys exploring and finding new adventures, whether they are spiritual, creative or simply a dive into the unknown.
Claus is an incredibly experienced purchaser focusing on the retail space. Claus brings a wealth of knowledge regarding various product categories which helps Dymak expand our efforts. He primarily focuses on identifying possibilities that ensure growth within our retail markets, especially within the northern European markets.
As Business Development Director Martin is responsible for new ideas, projects and relationships for the Dymak organization across departments and borders. Martin brings many years of experience from the European and North American market, as well as broad sourcing and material knowledge from Asian manufactures.
Martin has been in the business the past 8 years and worked within the Home Décor market. He is driven to develop new relationships with great partners in- and outside the industry. Martin holds a BA in International Business and Negotiation from University of Southern Denmark.
Marthine has worked in the Scandinavian retail and trading business for more than 15 years. She has experience in product development, supply chain management, social responsibility and sustainability. Since 2020, Marthine has worked at Dymak as Compliance Manager. She is dedicated to focusing on diversified sourcing, internal training, product development and testing, CSR and sustainability projects.
She values the dynamic and good working environment in Dymak, and enjoys being a part of both the sales and purchasing teams. Supporting the sales team is, according to Marthine, essential for making good business.
As a Global Marketing Communications Manager, Maya will assist the marketing team with sales presentations, product development and coordination of marketing projects. She is very result-oriented and is always updated with the latest trends.
Maya has both a bachelor in digital concept development and marketing and branding management. She has studied in London at a university and has worked in Brussels, at the largest digital bureau in Belgium.
She therefore comes with a lot of international experience, she uses in her daily activities to strengthen Dymak’s brand worldwide.
As a graphic designer, Frederik creates beautiful artwork for our products and helps bring our customers’ visions to life. His design skills are self-taught but he holds a master’s degree in English and media studies from Aalborg University which gives him an academic perspective and communication expertise.
His ambition and constant curiosity drive him to always work hard and be better at what he does.
Klaus is the it manager at Dymak since summer 2019. Klaus is responsible for the support of internal users and the use of technology in Dymak in general. He is also involved in the development of the software portals that are used to support the daily operation of Dymak and its customers projects.
Klaus has been an it nerd since 1987 where he got his first personal computer. Since then he has been in it- consultancy, software development, software administration, user support and project management. He likes to learn each day and enjoys teaching others small tricks to work even faster with their computer and software.
Elvera is experienced in IT, programming, and full-stack web development. She has previously at a consultancy and participated in multiple government projects implementing web portals for various functions. Her focus in Dymak will be coordinating IT-related task between internal business and external IT vendors, supporting employees globally for IT-related matters, and handling system administrations.
Anne Dorthe has worked with added value for over 20 years and has been a Key Account Manager at Dymak since 2011. She has experience in working with most customer types, but her specialty is chain customers in the German market.
Anne Dorthe is best at communicating with the clients from concept to the marketable products – and can guarantee the best solutions through her many years of experience on giving informed advice on price, packing and materials.
Edwin is one of the founders of Dymak Holland in 2004 and has 25 years of experience in the ‘added value’ business. Travelling is his passion, he likes the contacts with different people and different cultures. Selling, purchase and sourcing are his main tasks today. He is a real businessman. Hanne has been with us since 2012 as the Purchase Coordinator in the International sales team and is an integrated part of the entire purchase process. Very often Hanne is involved from the start to the end in all aspects/work procedures in a sales and purchase process and with a detail-oriented and structured approach, good procedures and qualities – the basis for profitable business is formed here.
ouise has an AP Graduate in Design, Technology and Business from VIA Design and has in recent years gained experience within purchasing and sales at Jawin Safe Trip. She has a broad knowledge of purchasing that she wants to develop even more, and is very passionate about creating close relations with both customers and suppliers.
Having worked with the German market for (almost) two decades, Thorsten has the ideal background for being Dymak´s Area Manager in Germany. On top of his excellent communications skills, Thorsten goes the extra yard to identify and satisfy the customer´s needs, and he is equally adept at working with new bizz and existing customers. Thorsten has gained a vast market knowledge from working with the big retailers and in the fashion industry on the Scandinavian and German market.
Martin started working at Dymak in 2019 as Key Account Manager. With over 10 years of experience in the horticultural industry, he has built up his network and experience with the UK market by exporting plants to wholesalers and DIY chains.
For Martin, it is crucial that the customers achieve the best and fastest possible service which he will do his utmost to fulfill – if the customer is happy, so is Martin. He is ready to use all his abilities to help Dymak and its customers grow.
Anders’ strengths lie within sales and sourcing of accessories and furniture within the home and garden segment. He excels at developing ideas into final products. Anders holds a master’s degree in International Business and Marketing from The University of Sourthern Denmark. Anders helps Dymak expand our efforts in the retail division. He focuses on creating and nurturing strong partnerships with retailers within the EU.
Camilla joined the Danish sales team in May 2019. She brings more than 10 years of purchase and sales experience into her role as support for the German market, as well for our new business development team.
On daily basis Camilla is working closely together with the internal offices in China, Vietnam and India to ensure a smooth and seamless process between purchase and sales. Her dedication, positive attitude and structured mind contributes to a good working process.
Damian has a bachelor’s in international Sales & Marketing Management from Copenhagen Business Academy and has in recent years gained experience within the sourcing & sales industry. He speaks fluently Polish and wants to use it to create even closer relations between suppliers and customers in eastern Europe.
Damian values the environment and ambitions in Dymak, which he believes are essential to create value for customers worldwide.
Anne-Mette is the CFO at Dymak A/S. Her primary responsibilities are reporting and consolidation of the financial results in the Dymak Group, cash flow forecasts, and to manage the fiscal year reports in close cooperation with the external audit firms. She contributes to increased efficiency through the use of ERP/BI tools and she supports the sales offices and customers with relevant analysis and data.
Anne-Mette holds more than 10 years of experience with managing finance and she got a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (finance) from the University of Southern Denmark.
Anne is the financial assistant at Dymak A/S. Her primary responsibilities are taking care of the daily financial operation including keeping track of customer and vendor payments, reconciling accounts and supporting Dymak sales offices. She contributions to increased efficiency through the use of a workflow system. Anne holds more than 3 years of experience with managing daily financial operations.
Bruno has been working for Dymak A/S since January 2001. He has daily contact with the partners in freight, warehousing, logistics, etc.
Bruno is responsible for Dymak’s logistics processes across the Group, and everyday life is characterized by working closely with offices in China, India and forwarders of Dymak.
In the daily operation Bruno uses the time on the incoming sea freight, customs and accounting of goods on stock in Denmark, Netherlands, Italy and the United States. Bruno constantly tries to seize opportunities to optimize the logistics of the whole chain.
Tore stepped into the role of Warehouse Assistant early 2021, here he helps to ensure our deliveries are made and received on time from our warehouse in Denmark.
Before working for Dymak, Tore worked as roadside assistance for Falck for roughly 21 years, before moving on to new and exciting challenges.
In his spare time Tore is an avid golfer who enjoys improving and maintaining his home.
Simon has been the warehouse and logistics operator since March 2012, assists in product shipments and receipts in Dymak.
He has experience since launch date in inventory control, maintenance of warehouse equipment, receipt of samples and he has daily contact with carriers regarding incoming and outgoing goods.
Simon is ready at any indoor and outdoor tasks that present themselves.
Patrick holds a Bachelors and Master’s degree from Dutch universities, with 13 years’ experience in international horticulture trade across Europe. He is a team player with a passion for strategy and developing long term commercial relationships, as well as adding value to the business.
Patrick is active and energetic, and hopes these traits will help him make a contribution to Dymak’s success in the future.
Having grown up around greenhouses, Kirsten was born for a career into the world of horticulture. With more than a decade within the business, her knowledge of plants and passion for trends, she embodies the true spirit of Dymak. Kirsten’s enthusiasm shines through in every detail of her work which makes her relationship to the customers unique. All of this makes Kirsten a trusted partner to our customers.
Kate was born in Poland and has been living already for many years in The Netherlands. She studied International Management at the business school in Amsterdam and has a background in sales, logistics and retail. She is a sporty and creative person with a good focus on results. As a Key Account Manager for Poland she develops the opportunities in this growing market. Besides that, she is also connected to some interesting Dutch growers and exporters with a focus on retail.
Paul is a Key Account Manager at Dymak, handling sales and purchase. Practicing several positions since he started working in 1990 in the business, he gained a lot of knowledge and experience in all kind of areas. Paul likes a ‘no-nonsense’ approach with the focus to retain and develop businesses with relationships.
Nancy has been working in the wholesale trade for florists and decorative articles since 1999 and has been working at Dymak since 2011.With these years of experience Nancy has the necessary knowledge and ability to contribute to a good working process within sales.
Her versatility, creativity and organization talent contributes to an optimal working method within the team.
Kasia studied economics at the University in Poland. With her entrepreneurial character, she started her own business after her studies, which she successfully led for 5 years. As a result, she gained experience in wholesale and retail. Kasia is a cheerful person with a passion for nature, travel and photography.
She joined the Dutch Dymak team in January 2019 and will support her colleagues in the sales and logistic process.
Nicole completed her degree in business & Agriculture in 2008. After this she started working at a flower and plant export business at the auction in Aalsmeer. Since 2010 she has been working at Dymak. As a spider in the web she operates in various departments and optimizes them according to the process from the beginning till the end. Nicole is flexible, eager to learn and open minded.
A good working atmosphere and satisfied customers bring her to great heights!
As the Director, Erin is passionate about her team and bringing value to all customers she meets. After spending 8 years in the horticultural industry, she joined the Dymak team in 2014. Her mission is to develop and enable US strategy by delivering exceptional service and experiences for both customers and staff.
Erin has a Bachelors in both Marketing and Small Business Development from Florida State University (Go Noles!) where she uses both in her daily activities to help improve the Dymak USA experience for all. When she isn’t immersed in the world of upgrades, she enjoys spending time with her young family and practicing yoga.
Sanne has been a Key Account Manager at Dymak USA since 2013. She has come with over 19 years of experience in the logistics business and handles all of Dymak USA’s logistics processes across the group. In addition, Sanne also handles the daily tasks of book keeping, human resources and sales to several key accounts.
She has been in the States for almost 11 years, but originally is from Denmark.
Alexander is an experienced Key Account Manager from Holland, specializing in retail. Xander recently moved to the U.S. in August to become a Dymak team member.
In general, he comes with over 19 years of experience in the Horticulture business, starting from a flower buyer on the auction clocks at FloraHolland Naaldwijk, he developed himself into Key Account manager with experience on big European retailers. Together with his knowledge, drive, enthusiasm and ‘down to earth, no nonsenses’ Dutch mentality, he will help Dymak USA and their partners grow.
Lucy is a skilled Product Manager and Key Account Manager originally from the Dymak China office. As of September 2016, she has moved to Orlando to be a team member of Dymak USA.
She has joined the Dymak team with more than 10 years at product development and key account customer service in Dymak China. Together with her product experience and service key account customers , Lucy is ready to use all her abilities to help Dymak USA and customers grow.
Robert is a Key Account Manager with over 14 year’s experience in the horticultural industry. He has spent the majority of his career with one of the largest growers in the country, where he managed several national retailers, including most of the grocery/supermarket channel. His industry knowledge and strong partner relationships are sure to be invaluable to Dymak’s continued growth and success.
Robert is originally from Florida and he received his AA Degree from University of Florida and finished his Bachelor’s Degree in Business at Saint Leo University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Leanna is a Key Account Manager with over 8 years in the horticulture industry. She understands the needs of both growers and retailers and how to identify products that will help grow their business. She has experience with both indoor and outdoor programs and looks forward to building lasting partnerships with Dymak’s customers.
Leanna grew up in the Midwest on a family farm and a small greenhouse. She received GPN Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40 award in 2016.
As a Sales Support Specialist, Michelle serves as the liaison between the sales team and the customer providing quality control while ensuring a seamless operations process. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. She has more than thirteen years of corporate experience in sales, marketing and business administration.
Her dedication, positive attitude, and ability to remain organized in any challenge presented proves to be beneficial to both colleagues and customers alike making her a great asset to the Dymak USA team.
Bridgette brings 3 years of account management, trade show/product marketing, sales assisting, logistics, coordinating/planning, order management, together with 19 years of customer service, plant/product management and retention experience. As the Sales Operations Specialist, Bridgette serves as the liaison between the sales team, and the customer providing quality control while ensuring a seamless operations process. With Bridgette’s attention to detail, bright attitude, eagerness to learn and serve, she is determined to use her experiences to become a pronounced addition to the Dymak USA team.
As a Sale Support Specialist Melissa will work as a liaison between Dymak’s clients and sales team. Melissa’s attention to detail will ensure that our clients will receive the best quality service and products to their door.
Melissa has extensive experience with customer service, client management and administration within the hospitality and healthcare fields. For the past two years she has focused on ensuring customer satisfaction by owning all aspects of the customer journey and is looking forward to continuing to provide quality service to the Dymak family.
Jen has over 7 years working as a graphic designer for various organizations; from a screen-printing company, to an advertising agency. She has experience overseeing a team of graphic designers, as well as creating graphics and promotions for social media and print.
As a member of the Dymak USA Marketing team, Stephani assists with presentation design and product development. She also assists in the planning and coordination of events and tradeshows. Stephani received her BS in Graphic Design in 2014. Her background includes graphic design for the entertainment industry, as well as merchandise and product design. Stephani brings her knowledge of these different industries to create unique and innovative work for the Dymak brand.
Phalon works as a graphic designer and assists in product development, presentation design, as well as seasonal proposals. Phalon received her B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the University of Central Florida in Spring of 2020. Her background includes graphic design for the advertising industry as well as branding and graphic apparel design.
As the newest member of the Dymak USA Marketing team, Lauren assists with presentation design, product development, as well as planning and coordinating for events and tradeshows. With a demonstrated history working in various industries, Lauren brings her unique experience and perspective to tackle challenges with dynamic and creative solutions. Originally from Pennsylvania, she received her B.S. in Graphic Design in 2012 from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
Joe Tian is an experienced Industrial Designer assisting in product development and 3D prototyping with Dymak. He has more than four years’ of experience in the product development process, and received his MFA Industrial Design Degree in 2019. His work has been awarded internationally, and he’s published several product development journals and design research articles. With Joe’s product development background and knowledge, he will help Dymak bring more innovative and creative designs to the market.
Josh has been working as a Logistics and Support Specialist with Dymak since 2019. In this role, he supports the US team and their customers on day-to-day operations ranging from logistics, accounting, and IT support. Josh brings an eager attitude and levelheaded demeanor to tackle the challenges that arise daily. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors with friends and family.
