As an event coordinator for Dymaks Global Marketing Department, you will play a central role in planning, coordinating,
and executing global trade shows and customer events. We are looking for a part-time creative and structured person passionate about creating memorable events. 


  • Planning, coordinating, and successfully executing 5 global trade shows annually
  • Handling budget management
  • Negotiating and booking facilities, services, and vendor agreement
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team, product development team, and the creative team


  • Practical experience in event planning and execution is a plus
  • The ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks
  • High creativity to develop unique and memorable events
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure seamless planning and execution
