As a customer engagement within Dymaks Global Marketing Department, you will be at the forefront, ensuring strong
relationships with key clients and transforming their pain points into valuable commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating solid relationships with key US clients, gaining a deep understating of their pain points and requirements
• Playing an integral role in curating a robust commercial product lineup for grower marketing campaigns
• Collaborating closely with the Creative Team and Product Development Team
• Identifying and presenting projects to the Creative Team that align with client needs

Qualifications

• Profound knowledge of product development processes and experience with procurement, preferably within the Home and Garden industry
• Willing to travel
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• The agility to thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving industry
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently
