As a Creative Lead in our global Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative products and sales presentations for our top clients in the USA and Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the creative team of 4 skilled graphic designers. You will be accountable for motivating, guiding, and organizing the team, enabling you to create designs and presentations that inspire and cater to our client’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Leading the creative team of 4 graphic designers
• Development of new products and sales presentations in collaboration with clients
• Creation of sales materials for online campaigns and trade shows
• Ensuring design and branding consistency
• Identifying the latest trends within the home and garden industry
• Managing close collaboration with the product development team and communications team
• Planning and organizing projects and resources to achieve goals within deadlines

Qualifications

• Serval years of experience in product development, preferably within the interior industry
• Ability to structure and plan projects and resources effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Leadership experience or potential to lead and motivate a creative team
• Creative thinking combined with a practical approach to problem-solving
• High graphic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
