Claus is the CEO at Dymak A/S. Claus is co-founder of Dymak A/S and has been involved in the company's development since its establishment in 1997. His primary responsibility today is to manage the transition of Dymak into a global leader in Supply Chain Partner.

As Commercial Director, Kristian is responsible for the sales strategy and initiatives in Dymak Group. He is passionate about building successful relations and partnerships in the industry. 

As a Global Marketing Manager, Maya sets the strategy for Marketing and Communication. 

Claus is our Garden Product Owner. He helps Dymak expand our efforts, product range, and customer segment. He primarily focuses on identifying possibilities that ensure growth within our retail markets, especially within the northern European markets.

As Business Development Director, Martin is responsible for new ideas, projects, and relationships for the Dymak organization across departments and borders. He is driven to develop new relationships with great partners in and outside the industry.

As Group Purchase Manager, Edwin connects sales, purchasing, and sourcing for the entire Dymak Group. He was also one of the founders of Dymak Holland back in 2004.

As a Sales and Purchase Coordinator, Hanne supports the sales team by typing in orders and coordinating shipments with our sourcing team and logistics.

Louise is one of our Sales and Purchase Coordinator. She works as the connection between the sourcing countries, sales, and logistics, by placing and creating new orders for customers.

Martin is one of our Key Account Managers, working with customers within the Grower and Retail segments. He is an expert at finding the right product for the customers.

As one of our Key Account Managers, Anders works with sales and is an expert in the accessories and furniture in the Home &Garden segment. Anders also assists Dymak in expanding our efforts in the Retail division and creating strong partnerships with customers in the EU.

Nancy is a Sales and Purchase Coordinator who links our sourcing, logistics, and sales team, ensuring customers get the right product on time.

As the Chief Operating Officer,  Erin is focused on implementing company strategies into daily operations to meet Dymak’s objectives.  Her extensive experience within the industry, gives her the ability to approach business with a creative point of view.  With a unique mix of business and management knowledge, her mission is to deliver exceptional service and experiences for both customers and staff globally.

As a Key Account Manager, Robert is the primary connection between sourcing and the customer. He ensures a high-quality product standard for all of his customers.

As Compliance Manager, Jens works to ensure that our products and services live up to international standards. He is particularly focused on FSC, EUTR, BSCI, chemicals (REACH), and other CSR topics in close connections with suppliers, colleagues, and customers. 

Heidi is our Head of People and Culture. As such, her main focus is on the people, the work environment, and the Dymak culture. It motivates her to add value to Dymak through global HR initiatives.

As our Sales Manager, US, Sergio works with developing strong bonds with customers, exploring new business, and is the team leader of our US sales team.

Cathrine is of one our Sales and Purchase Coordinators. She ensures that everything from order processing to calculation and delivery is handled in the most efficient way possible. She also coordinates sourcing and orders for our Garden customers. 

As our Logistic Assistant, Katrine works with contacting partners within logistics and freight, as well as handling documentation for customs clearances and declarations.

As a Key Account Manager, Shelley supports management in general business development by developing a customer portfolio focusing on value creation through innovative product development in the core and retail segments.

As a Sales Coordinator and Logistics Specialist, Francisco provides essential support to the sales team, focusing on efficiently handling internal and external requests. In addition, he supports the US logistics department and management in general business development in the US.

As a Sales and Purchase Coordinator, Alexis helps the team by managing schedules and communications, prioritizing emails, gathering documents to prepare for meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting the Marketing, Logistics, and sales team.

Selina is a Sales and Purchase Coordinator who links our sourcing, logistics, and sales teams. She also supports the marketing team with graphical tasks.

As a Sales and Purchase Coordinator, Jorge provides essential support to the sales team, focusing on efficiently handling internal and external requests. He also supports management in general business development in the US. 

Erik is our warehouse assistant. He handles containers and trucks, including emptying and distributing goods. He also assists with picking and packing products for orders. 

As a Sales and Purchase Coordinator, Lene coordinates sourcing and orders and works with Martin Møller, focusing on his customers. She ensures that everything from order processing to calculation of delivery is handled in the most efficient way possible.

As a Graphic Designer, Caryn assists with developing custom offers and products for clients. She enjoys designing unique and creative products and presentations.

As Head of DACH, Jürgen creates beneficiary business relationships with high-potential Garden customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

As a Sales and Purchase Coordinator, Daan coordinates sourcing and orders. He ensures that everything from order processing to calculation of delivery is handled in the most efficient way possible.

As the CIO of DYMAK, Niels Henrik is responsible for aligning the IT landscape with business strategy in Dymak Group. He is passionate about creating value through digital transformation. He believes that technology is a driving force for innovation, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
